The barn is situated attop Stafford Bluff and bordered on 2 sides by the 260,000 acre Shawnee National Forest. Surrounded by a curtain of tall woods, the site is constantly bathed in seasonal breezes and graced by the sights and sounds of local wildlife.
The barn is a 1600 sq foot lodge with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 small baths. Accomodates 8 comfortably. $140/night for 2 adults; $10 for each extra adult.
The closest restaurant or grocery is 20 minutes in any direction. Continental breakfast items can be made available to lodgers; additional meals can be arranged.
Lodgers should bring walking shoes and socks plus seasonal attire.
