Farm-to-table, 2021

In 2019, additional produce went to Paducah's River City Mission and, and Merryman House.

• Little Texas Farm was a participating member of the 2015 class, "Growing a New Generation of Illinois Fruit and Vegetable Farmers,"  a year-long class funded by the University of Illinois
  
• Since, the garden had consistently produced summer and winter squash, pumpkins, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, basil, radishes, turnips, arugula, and lettuce
