• Little Texas Farm was a participating member of the 2015 class, "Growing a New Generation of Illinois Fruit and Vegetable Farmers,"  a year-long class funded by the University of Illinois
  • Since, the garden had consistently produced summer and winter squash, pumpkins, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, basil, radishes, turnips, arugula, and lettuce


In 2017, additional produce went to Paducah's River City Mission and, and Merryman House.
